APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP Membership in AEMI is open to any European institution or organisation whose charter include the documentation, research and presentation of European migration. A. Applications or suggestions for membership may be sent to the Secretariat - Danish Emigration Archives, Arkivstraede 1, Box 1353, DK-9100 Denmark, ph. (+45) 9931 4220; fax (+45) 9810 2248 - e-mail: emiarch@emiarch.dk B. The Secretariat inform all members about applications or suggestions for membership as soon as possible and informations about the institution applying for membership is placed in the address-list of AEMI at the homepage: www.aemi.dk/adr C. The General Assembly of AEMI (held at least once a year) admit new members by a simple majority vote of the voting delegates in attendance (each member institution having one vote). D. The annual Subscription fee (for the time being decided to be 150 EUR), has to be paid for the first time by a new member-institution, the year following the year of admission.
